Managing Your Mind
Chances are, you’re either under a lot of stress or know someone who is. We’ve listened to your requests from the last Learning Session focused on Mental Wellness and have invited Dennis Williams to guide us through a series of basic meditation techniques and special breathing exercises. The purpose of this series is to reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing your personal growth to deal with life’s difficulties and uncertainty. Join us each Monday morning to build a regular practice and start your week aware of your experiences, make healthier choices, and not get stuck in negative thinking patterns.
